EA Play Subscription Purchased Through Steam Not Working

I purchased a year's subscription for EA Play through Steam and for whatever reason, the subscription isn't appearing in my EA account and is not applying any in-game discounts and didn't give me the supposed packs that were advertised.

Steam shows I have an active EA Play subscription, so what am I supposed to do? I already contacted EA support and they told me I'd have to contact Steam because it was purchased through them. Steam told me to contact EA and that they couldn't even refund it.

Any ideas?

    Hey @Isotope1889 are you not seeing the discounts or sub showing when in Steam or when using Origin or EA Desktop?

  • I'm having the same issue where I purchased a monthly EA Play sub through steam and I linked my EA and Steam accounts, EA Origin acts like I don't have an active sub. I logged out of Origin and logged back in using the Steam login button and it still doesn't show an active sub, I know I'm logging into the right account on Origin.

  • @Isotope1889 I`m also having the exact same issue! At steam end it shows everything is ok, while in my EA account it says there is no active subscription. Whenever I try to launch an included game from steam I get an error.

    EA support is apparently non-existent though. The "start new case" option at ea help doesn`t work and I can`t find any channel other than this community answer BS... Would appreciate any insights into this issue, as right now I just feel I`m being ripped off.
