EA play Subscription
My EA PLAY Subscription payment went through on the 3rd of October but EA Play is asking me to Join now
This is not the first time I had an issue with my EA PLAY Subscription

Hey @saienlaksh954 Is it possible that you may have multiple accounts? Was it also purchased through the EA app or Steam for PC?
Do you see your purchase on the EA order history when you log in with the same EA acocunt?

No there I have only the one EA Account
It is linkes to my PSN account
I made sure it was the only account I have
There's not purchase history on my account for all time but I have had a recurring subscription since 2021 and have had access to the EA Play games available
I have been having this issue since July and according to PlayStation support my subscription is active but I cannot access any games or benefits from EA play for about a year

Oh, I understand now. You have EA Play purchased on our console. that will only give you access to the EA Play Library on the PlayStation. EAplay for PC is a separate service. You need a membership for each platform if you wish to use it on a PC. That's why it is not available on the website after you log in.
