@Evilazn If the membership portion shows inactive, that is typically happening for only a couple of reasons:
Wrong accounts linked
The wrong sub was purchased
The sub was purchased on the wrong account
If you were able to get into the act page and you are not seeing EA Play, or Game Pass on the page, the next step would be to log into Xboxlive.com and make sure the subscription for Game Pass on PC is linked and active on your Xbox account.
When you are logged into EA.com, under connections, if you see the correct Xbox account, that becomes a subscription issue. Showing inactive indicates one of the above is happening.
With the steps to get the accounts linked, when you go into the Xbox App and download any game for EA Play, it should sync the sub. This is what you should see
If not there is a desync in the EA/Xbox accounts linking. You should be able to resolve that by logging into any EA title on Xbox if you can or through the Xbox app that isn't necessarily in EA Play.
