EA Play via XGPU - Unable to Download Games via EA/Xbox app Since Jun. 21, 2024

Hi  I purchased xbox pass today and I wanted to play some games that are in the EA pass  (xbox pass includes ea pass ) However when I start the ea app FROM the xbox app (the 2 are correctly linked...

    TEMPORARY ISSUE RESOLVED - Post Marked as Solution for Visibility

    Hi everyone,

    We can confirm that the temporary issue preventing some players from downloading EA Play games via their EA Play subscription through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the EA app/Xbox app for PC has been resolved, as earlier reports in this thread also indicate.

    If you're still experiencing this issue after clearing the EA app cache, signing out and back in on both the EA and Xbox for PC apps, etc., please refer to the post HERE and share the requested information.

Hi @totviktor4, To confirm do you have Game Pass PC or Game Pass Ultimate?

I have Game pass PC it says active in Hungarian (Aktív)

    Why is this marked as solved ? 
    I still cant download anything.
    Every other xbox game works , but the Ea plays one.
    no error messages , but i cant download and the page asks me to buy subscription

        - EA ID: Nick3NB and my gamertag Nick3NB
        - I am still getting it
        - I have an active pc game pass subscription
        - I have my Xbox account linked to my EA, I tried logging in with it and I could log into my account but still didnt work
        - I cannot download any game from EA
        ticket id number: 502a7baa-89c7-48c5-9205-e96de224df6b
