- Close the EA app.
- navigate to the Xbox app
- Go to settings (click your name top left corner)
- Select "extensions"
- Disable the extension for the EA App
- Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
- You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension"
- Enable the EA app extension
- Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically
- Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game

Everything worked as you said until the last moment, but when I click on any game in the ea app, the screen with the "install" button does not appear, it remains on a black screen. I would be happy if you help- EA_Shepard1 year ago

@EnesRS08 Try these as well
- Go to the Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Uninstall EVERY SINGLE Microsoft C++ Redistributable
- Download the EA App installer but DON’T RUN YET
- go to VC-Redist and download the appropriate architecture of the latest C++
- Install the C++ Package
- Go to Local Disk/Program Files/ Electronic Arts AND DELETE THE ENTIRE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER
- Restart Computer
- Install EA App
