ea play wont work
i have the pc xbox game pass, i have linked this account to my ea account, and it will not let me access ea play through the ea app

Everything worked as you said until the last moment, but when I click on any game in the ea app, the screen with the "install" button does not appear, it remains on a black screen. I would be happy if you help

Community Manager@EnesRS08 Try these as well
- Go to the Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Uninstall EVERY SINGLE Microsoft C++ Redistributable
- Download the EA App installer but DON’T RUN YET
- go to VC-Redist and download the appropriate architecture of the latest C++
- Install the C++ Package
- Go to Local Disk/Program Files/ Electronic Arts AND DELETE THE ENTIRE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER
- Restart Computer
- Install EA App
