EA Plays Game Sharing

I have a PlayStation ps5 essential membership. I also got an EA plays membership. Can the person I am a play station buddy(game sharing) with download the games I have loaded onto my console within the scope of EA plays and play them on their own console? In other words, I have the Essential membership, I have the EA Plays membership. I also have a friend who has a different console that I am a buddy who is my game sharing partner with.
