Hey Tonny992
Thanks for the detailed report, which helps a lot.
What you’re describing points to a PlayStation Store display/cache issue, not a problem with your EA Play subscription itself. The key signal is this: games are correctly tagged as “Included with EA Play” when searched individually and can be downloaded, which confirms the entitlement is active and working as intended.
- The EA Play “View Games” section on PS5 is unfortunately known to sometimes show an incomplete catalogue.
- This list is populated by the PlayStation Store frontend and can lag behind or fail to refresh properly, even when the subscription is active.
- I don't believe that we have any control over how the PS Store subscription pages cache or surface the catalogue.
- Continue downloading games via manual Store search -- this is the most reliable workaround and does not affect your subscription.
- Some players report that the list updates after:
- Logging out of the PSN account and back in
- Waiting 24–48 hours after renewal (the catalogue refresh is not always immediate)
- Restoring licenses and restarting the console won’t usually fix this specific display issue, as you already suspected.
If the EA Play page continues to show only a few titles after a couple of days, PlayStation Support would be the right place to flag it, as they manage the Store UI and subscription listings.
