Ea subscription

Paid 9 dollars for ea play and then it asks if I want be ea play!??? So you just stole 9 bucks off me!? And then when I look to see if I have subscription it says I do. No content. No ultimate team p...

Are you trying to access your EA Play content from the EA app on PC, or from your PlayStation?

      Thanks, try restoring the licenses on your console with the steps here. If you're still not able to access your membership, you'll want to reach out to PlayStation support so they can review your billing and membership information a bit further.
