You may need to change the email address associated with your PSN account: 

1. Go to the “Menu”;
2. Open “Settings”;
3. Go to the “Account Management” section;
4. Go to the subsection “Account data”;
5. Select “Login ID (email address)”;
6. Enter a new E-mail.
