@EA_Jason Thanks, Jason. I appreciate all the assistance from you and the team. There's probably some stupid roadblock or something preventing it and I know you all are doing what you can. It's frustrating on my end because I'm really considering buying the game on PS5, but I'm concerned about the error and would like to still try it out getting the trial I paid for. Appreciate the update. If I had a series x I would buy three next gen version there as everything seems to work on that console for me with the trial, but I only have a previous generation console there and would prefer the next gen experience. Ah, well. I'm rambling. Just a frustrating technical glitch. I suspect it might be on Sony's end with their infrastructure, but that's only speculation and I know we can't really jump to that conclusion without hard evidence. Thank you, and hopefully it gets fixed for me, everyone else and future iterations.
