Hello guys, i have game box ultimate membership and l logged in ea app with this account, but i cant get ea play. how can i fix it

Hi @yufka9499,
Do you mean your EA Play membership isn't available for you on your Xbox, or through the EA app on PC? Your membership wouldn't carry over from Xbox to PC as EA Play on Xbox and PC are two separate memberships.
i mean ea PLAY membership didnt get my account, i have already added 2 photo

The links you've attached unfortunately aren't working- are you trying to access EA Play from your console or from the EA app on PC?
