Game Pass not detected by Beta EA desktop app - Asks me to purchase a membership

I have Game Pass for PC and of course it includes EA play. I have updated both desktop apps Xbox and Beta EA Play desktop apps, even I reinstalled them from the official web sites https://www.ea.com/...

I'm having the same issue.  I confirmed that my EA Play account is linked to my Xbox account and that my Xbox account has Gamepass Ultimate, but the app asks me to buy a membership when I try to access EA Play.
