Is this still happening? I just loaded up my EA app and all my play games were removed. I still have Xbox game pass and even EA says I have play. What's going on?

I'm still having this issue ugh. For some reason it deleted one of my expansion packs on sims 4, now is telling me i need to buy it again even though I already did. My Xbox game pass ultimate with the EA play is still active so I'm confused what happened.
