How do I get in contact for refund

I’ve been trying to contact them for a month. I canceled my subscription but it still took is from my ps wallet and I haven’t used it I just want a refund man.

    Hey @lilolme99 If you are playing on PlayStation, you must contact the support team to cancel your membership plan.

    How do I cancel?

    1. Sign in to your PlayStation account on the PlayStation website.
    2. Click Subscription.
    3. Click Turn Off Auto-Renew next to your EA Play membership.

    You can also cancel directly from your console. See how to do that on playstation.com.

    If you're getting charged after cancelling your plan, please ensure that you don't have any other active plans under different PSN accounts. You'll need to contact the team to review your account and transaction history, as this isn't something we can handle from our end.

    I bought the Sim's 3 for my pc and I never got a registration number so there for I'm not able to play so I would like to get a registration number or please just refund me of my money!
