i have this known error 404 only on ea play menu!
i tried every answer here and on the internet nothing work!
i even tried to uninstall origin and delete everything connected to it
EVEN IF I OPEN THE PAGE FROM ANY WEB BROWSER SAME IMAGE IS SHOWING!!
it only work if i log out or if i use a vpn on Germany only!
so it has to do with my account not the app itself or that what i understand
can any one help me fix this ?
i do also have the same problem.
First i had the problem with "anticheat" which was not starting / updating on the origin app.
Then i read in the forum, i should use EA-app. Which i did. But the games are not showing up, but i get error 404 instead....
FIFA23 no listed in collection
If i open fifa in the menu, i get a error report as well
Its been 2 years since the issue was reported, but it still happens to this day.
To fix it is simple: you gotta get to the app manager and simply shut down the "EA Background" App. Simple as that.
that just closes everything for me
