I have a year long subscription to EA Play Pro, however, I can't download most games, because they want me to buy them. It makes no sense. For example, I should have Battlefield 2042 included with my subscription, but when I try to download it, they ask me to choose a version, neither of them being free. The same happens to every other game that is included on EA Play.

Please verify that your EA Play membership is currently active by checking the EA Play tab on your account here.
You'll also want to check that you're logging into the same EA account that your membership is tied with.
Both are ok.
