Ea? Wtf is going on? I have been paying 3,99€ every month for 4 months now even though I don’t have access to ea play. I checked where the transaction is from and it says ea play. But somehow I still don’t have ea play and I can’t * cancel the subscription that is non-existent. Additionally, there is no * way to get in touch with ea, WHYYYYYY???? I want a refund at its worst, because I have had enough of paying this stupid company.

It sounds like you possibly have an EA Play membership on a different EA account than the account you're currently logging in with. If you check the order history and EA Play membership tab your EA account, are you seeing a transaction for your membership there?
I am having the same issue and there is no transaction there and they still take money from my bank
