Community ManagerCan you try going through a web browser and not the mobile app? I just want to make sure that is tried first. It would be good to put your browser into desktop mode as well.
I have tried that aswell now through my computer and still it only gives me the option to download it with a 10 percent discount and not the entire game.

Of course, unfortunaly the issue hasnt been solved yet. Contacted the live chat and done everything they said but they think its a playstation problem so i should contact their support instead. I dont understand why its only that game that i have trouble with while all the others are working fine. It is supposed to be on ea play for playstation right?
