I changed my subscription and now you want me to buy games I have already paid.

The subscription was renewed last night and today I have a few games missing.  I look them up and you want me to pay for them.  You better have a good reason or I will dispute the payment and you can stick your games.  I have been a customer for a long time.

  • I dropped my subscription back to the cheaper option and as I have paid for all the games I have I would not have any difference in my account.  Battlefield V is the main one as 2042 is crap that I also bought and is missing.   I started up BFV from my desktop link and it went into the EA App and it was not there.  I did a search and for $44.95 I can download and play the game I already have.  

    I will remove the EA App and reinstall but I think there is a problem with your subscription or how you inform about subscription levels.  You might have just changed the rules but for the old customers we are getting stiffed.

    @ZAP_FRIZZLE Games only go missing when they are removed from the subscription if that is where they were played from. If the games are no longer in the library which no one can actually remove, that means there is either a problem with the sub itself, or they are no longer offered in that subscription.

    I would first take a look Here, and see if they have indeed been removed. You can also try clearing the cache itself if you are on a PC with the EA app
