hi, I cancelled ,my ea pro subscription because I only wanted to play a little bit of the sims 2 renewed collection that came out.
I had enough and cancelled the subscription on March 9th.
now I found out that I got charged again the subscription Is still on??!!? I got an email that verifies the cancellation!! please help me, I can't afford it and don't have use of it!!

Bro really?! Its a MONTHLY sub.. you sub you get a WHOLE month. you sub'd, played the game, and got charged. Standard... in what world do you sub, play, cancel, and dont get charged?!

i mean that doesnt make sense at all... When did you sub lol? if you canceled on the 9TH in MARCH, its STILL march. Maybe list all the details next time. like when you started the sub and actually eneded it... Not treating you like trash, just an adult who cant fully explain the issue....
