I was installing a game when it said it was then finalizing

I was downloading a game and it was finalizing data, then it said something went wrong, and that EasyAntiCheat_Setup was installed incorrectly so I tried it over and over again, then i reset app cache, reinstalled and uninstalled ea desktop. I talked to ea support and they couldnt do anything. Then I tried origin but then it says "Oh you have to get ea play" kinda thing, and I was talking to the guy (or girl) and they said I have to buy but I already bought it on game pass ultimate cause thats how I have DOOM Eternal, backbone, hades, ect. SOO, Im not going to buy it again to play one game, so help me out here please. Im talking to ea support currently, but they couldnt help me with my Game thing earlier, so I have two questions.

I dont care too much about origins problem cause ive never used it but, My game does anybody know what I can do, 

And if its not that troubling how can I fix my origins problem.
