I wish to switch platforms for my subscription
I simply cannot comprehend how a company with a net worth of over 38 BILLION dollars does not seem to have any customer service. I am currently an EA Play Pro (annual) subscriber, but just recently purchased a PS5. I wish to change my subscription platform to PlayStation, from PC. I cannot find ANY way to contact EA Support to request such. How on earth can I contact a customer service agent? Any option I pick for help just sends me to an article to read. The articles, including an article on how to contact them, does not provide any means or method of contact.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
However, it's not possible to transfer the EA Play subscription to another platform. You can request a cancellation of your current subscription to then purchase it on the desired platform.
