issue buying ea play pro subscription

this error appears to me i don't know why, Although the last year and ea fc24  i have paid  by the same visa card but this year its don't work 

'The payment method's issued country doesn't match your store region. Please use a local payment method to complete your purchase'

Note if it's help: i am from Egypt  so the currency is Egyptian Pound .  i want to make it dollar because i tried to buy something by dollar and it's work
