Issue with EA play pro payments/membership

I keep getting charged/billing attempts for an EA play pro annual subscription despite having paid for a monthly subscription, and I can also not remove the automatic monthly billing requests. I have already purchased EA play pro (monthly payments) with a different payment method, I do not wish to be charged again on my prior payment method (credit card) for something I have already purchased. Please cancel these billing requests. That prior payment method seemed not to work when I tried to pay for my subscription after having missed a couple of payment requests; I believe you may have blocked the card due to the failed payments, but then when I tried to pay it was no longer possible with that card, so I switched to a separate payment method (mentioned above).
