Issue with EA Play Pro Renewal and Discount Loss
I am writing to address an issue I encountered regarding my EA Play Pro membership renewal.
My subscription was recently canceled because an attempt was made to renew it using an outdated credit card that is no longer active. Before the renewal attempt, I had added my new card details and removed the old ones. During my chat with your support team, it was stated that they were unable to process the renewal.
However, I believe it is unfair that I should lose my discount due to a mistake on EA's part. I kindly request that my membership renewal be processed with the discounted rate and charged to my current active credit card.
