Linking new Xbox account

Hello,

I contacted chat support about relinking my EA account with a different Xbox account and was told to make a case, which I did. I was also told I would get a reply within 72 hours. Well it’s been 72 hours and I have had no response yet. I see that the status of my case keeps updating to transferred as the timestamp keeps changing. I don’t know what to do, I just want to play F1. 

If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey 1GN_HD​ our team aims to respond withing 72 hours but it may be longer depending on how busy they are.

    Best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a reply.

    After over 72 hours and 2 chats with support agents where I gave all details necessary, I get this email. So now I reply to this email and need to wait even more days for a reply?
