Hello dear forum users, I hope someone sees this and could help me with an issue. My Xbox account is online and fine, however when I try to play an ea game I am stuck because my account is linked to an email address that I do not have access to. I get a messsge saying the credentials have expired and a pw reset email has been sent to me. I’ve tried putting in a ticket multiple times. The chat has you wait 200+ minutes and then they connect to you randomly and by that time I was simply not aware that they were even connected. A simple call back would’ve been nice. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on apex and I just pre ordered battlefield (just to not even be able to play on this account I had to make a whole nother account.) it should be such an easy fix but this experience has been trash so far.
