Question

Hello dear forum users, I hope someone sees this and could help me with an issue. My Xbox account is online and fine, however when I try to play an ea game I am stuck because my account is linked to an email address that I do not have access to. I get a messsge saying the credentials have expired and a pw reset email has been sent to me. I’ve tried putting in a ticket multiple times. The chat has you wait 200+ minutes and then they connect to you randomly and by that time I was simply not aware that they were even connected. A simple call back would’ve been nice. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on apex and I just pre ordered battlefield (just to not even be able to play on this account I had to make a whole nother account.) it should be such an easy fix but this experience has been trash so far.

I'm in the exact same boat as you, except I'm on PS5. I bought a used PS4 with an EA account linked, then it transferred to my PS5, now after pre-ordering BF6 I can't even open the game because it wants me to login to that email (which I have no clue what it is, or the password). I've always been a Call of Duty guy and had really high hopes for BF6, but from what I've seen of EA's support team, I have a feeling we've all been cheated.&nbsp;

Unfortunately I’m pretty sure the customer support is somewhere on the other side of the planet. Explains a lot tbh&nbsp;

I have the same **bleep** issue !!!! I’m so mad I preordered the game last week and couldn’t play the beta at all so it was just sitting there in my PS just now I called PS just to get my refund for Bf6 ridiculous… I got cheated out of it.
