Unable to Receive Verification Codes Need Help Updating Email

Hello,

I have access to both my PlayStation account and the email address currently linked to my EA account. However, the email linked to my EA account is quite old, and I’ve recently encountered an issue where I am not receiving any verification codes when they are sent to that email.

I’ve already checked my inbox, spam/junk folders, and other email filters, and everything appears fine on my end. I can receive other emails without a problem, and in fact, 2–3 days ago I successfully received an email from EA to this same address when I joined forums.

Because I am not receiving the verification code, I cannot log in to update my EA account to update new email address. I need assistance regaining access to my account so I can update my contact information.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or manually update my email address?
