membership cancelled from help services
Since my Play Pro membership was not updated to the old price, I asked for help from live support and they canceled my membership. how can i save

If your membership was cancelled but you're still wanting to keep that membership active, you'd need to re-purchase your EA Play subscription to start a brand new membership.
If you have no knowledge or experience on the subject, why are you providing such information?
