My EA app doesn't detect that I have Xbox game pass after I link my account.

After I linked my Xbox account with the EA Account, the EA app/account doesn't detect that I have the XBOX GAME PASS.

Please Help.

    Let's be honest, what do we expect of EA at this point? If it doesn't impact them gaining more money, they don't even bother.

    I have the same problem. Yesterday all was active but today ea doesen't recognize my active xbox game pass ultimate, that is active. The EA App don't allow me to lunch any game that are on EA play and Keep saying the my game pass is expired but it is not.

    Having the same issue right now. It seems to be a problem with EA servers or something. I can still play EA games via the Xbox Cloud Gaming. I've tried to contact live support, been waiting for 2 hours already, still no answer... I love this money hungry company which can't fix any problems they have. If there was a glitch that made EA Play available for everyone for free, this would have been fixed in the matter of seconds.

  • I see this is 6 months later but I thought I'd add my solution.

    When I logged into my EA account it had detected the link between my EA account and my XBox account but not that I had a subscription.  So unlinked the accounts, shut down my EA app and did the link again.  After I restarted, the subscription showed in my EA account.  The EA app finally detected the EA play subscription though I still had to restart the app to get access to the games.

    Hope that might help someone else.

    Generally if you have Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play is not showing in the app then it points to having multiple EA accounts and simply being logged into a secondary one.

    My bad, sorry about that, I assumed you were playing on Console and trying to access on PC.

    Have you made sure that you connected the correct Account? 

    I would recommend reaching out to Support, as we do not have access to personal account information here. They will be able to look into your Account and see if there were any hiccups in the process.
