Hey @enessaktas,

That sounds like there could be an issue with your payment provider. Did your payment card expire since last using it, for example?

Make sure to check your used payment method and contact your bank to see if there are any issues with the payment.

Also make sure you have set the correct location on your account and it is the same location as for your payment card.

    I also get an error when changing the payment method. There is no problem with my card. I am a banker.
