my xbox account is linked to ea and I have xbox game pass but I cant use EA Play

Can I ask which Xbox Game Pass plan is currently active on your account, is it Ultimate, PC or Console? I am trying to determine the platform you are playing on. 

Tell us what happens exactly when you try to launch games included with the EA Play membership.   

Hello, the same happens to me, I have GamePass Ultimate (still is active), before I can play games from EA Play, but now shows that I need suscribe

i have the same problem and its with game pass pc. When i click on install in the Xbox app, it redirects me to the game on ea play but over there even though i linked the xbox account to ea play it says i have to buy the game or purchase ea play.

sorry for my late answer ☹️ , I have game pass for PC and my EA account and xbox account are linked. When I try to download a game included with the EA Play membership, I cant download. And the app wants to buy EA Play membership from me.
