No Acces to Sid Meijer, Populous, Simcity 2000

I have no acces to Sid Meijer, Populous, Simcity 2000 with my xbox game pass PC which is advertised the are available. One of the big reasons to take the game pass! I read other forums with the similar problem but no cure, (deleting/updating/clearing cache blabala don't help) Location is France.

@mainetje I took a look at the games on both Xbox and EA app. Currently, these are the only SimCity games available

Sid Meijer and popolus are not Simcity games.
Simcity 2000 below, Check the button for downloading. It says (in dutch) Loading of content failed.

@mainetje The loading fail also applies to the Populous and Sid Meijer game.
