No ea play rewards

Hi i have owned ea play on Playstation Five since the 5th of July 2023 and have not received any of my fifa rewards no xp no packs nothing they cannot help me on live chat and suggested to post here there is two weeks left of season and I am worried i wont received my xp again this season. I get my discount can download ea play games but no rewards please reply soon
