Not received fifa ea play content

I have a ea play membership but on Fifa 21 I’ve not received the kits and stadiums etc I should. Anyone else had this or know how to solve this please?

Hey @Dodgykeeper3978 for any issues with missing items you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

To speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@EA_Darko Hi. I spoke to someone from EA last night who said it’s Sony who I need to contact to re issue the missing content! Find this hard to believe when it’s Ea play and Ea sports both in effective.
