Not receiving Apex Legends rewards

Hi, I didn't receive this and previous month rewards for Apex Legends, these are:
- Gilded Grenade Weapon Charm

- Reverly pack

- Prowler's Fortune Weapon Charm

I contacted live EA Chat three times already, once they told me to wait until 14th of March (when the first month rewards ended) but the rewards didn't appear, next time they told me they activated all the rewards and I should re-check - still nothing, and last time they told me they cannot give me the rewards and they also cannot refund the EA Play Subscription...

Is there any way I can receive the rewards or is it a scam?

    Hey @83619a65ad820a14 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product Apex

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

    As I mentioned in the first post... I already contacted chat adviser three times. Apparently the whole EA Play rewards thing is a scam.
