Not receiving Apex Legends rewards

Hi, I didn't receive this and previous month rewards for Apex Legends, these are: - Gilded Grenade Weapon Charm - Reverly pack - Prowler's Fortune Weapon Charm I contacted live EA Chat three time...

As I mentioned in the first post... I already contacted chat adviser three times. Apparently the whole EA Play rewards thing is a scam.
