Paying twice for EA Play need refund on cancelled membership
Subscribed to EA Play not realizing I already had access through Xbox/PC ultimate game pass. I immediately cancelled my membership to EA Play but it still says I have access until 2025 and the payment is pending in my bank account. The EA app also keeps popping up saying I’m paying twice through EA Play annual and Xbox/pc game pass. This was bought through the EA desktop app on the PC. I’ve already followed the links provided like this one:

and of course I’m not finding any chat or email options.
I just need to completely get rid of the extra EA Play and a refund.
