subscription cannot be renewed, a service message is displayed:
We had some trouble processing your request We encountered a temporary issue with your payment provider. Select a different payment method, or try again a little later. (ref. #57202)

Hi @lagd1j90jsmx, This is where you would need to message support. They have a long list of payment errors and what they mean. Some are as simple as the wrong information, but some get more detailed like the bank denied it.

I have the same problem, i messaged support and they didn't do anything
