Thanks. If that is the case, I probably know what the issue is. I have an old EA origin account for PC . If I try to cancel it the system still thinks I have the membership because it is a yearly membership which I paid for this February. So I will have an extra subscription until next February. I think that is what the system is reacting to. I have also attached the photo you have requested.
@JedQuense Yeah that message means you are subscribed to more than one sub on that EA account. You can log in and cancel it here, or you can contact live support and they can cancel it that way you won't get that message any longer.

I canceled the old account but the message is still coming up whenever I log in on PC.

@JedQuense If you reach out to live support, they can stop it now. Canceling still runs the sub for the remaining of the time. That would be conflicting if you still have it running with the EA account. Normally just canceling the sub fixes that error.
