PlayStation EA Play subscription not registering on linked EA account

I have an EA Play subscription purchased through the PlayStation store (on PS5), but for some reason when I look at my linked EA profile it says I do not have an active EA Play subscription associate...

    Hey all, our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

I'm not asking about a cross-platform subscription, I just want to receive my member benefits on the platform I paid for. My EA account doesn't seem to know I have EA play on PlayStation, and I am not receiving any of my benefits through console login.

    @BadBatpig1 Having the same issue here just want the member rewards it says I have ea play on PlayStation but when I log in on my phone it says I don't have it even though the account is linked to my PlayStation
