Possible to transfer EA Play access from PS4 to PC?

Hi friends,

I recently bought a PC and do not intend to play on my PS4 again.

I bought EA Play annual membership earlier this year on the PS4.

I'm wondering if we could transfer the membership over from PS4 to PC.

    Hi @banimateen, 

    I'm afraid EA Play is a separate service on PS4 and PC, and we don't have the ability to transfer it between platforms. I'm really sorry about that.

    Hi

    Just have 1 quick question: does my ea play subscription transfer over from my ps4 to the ps5? I'd assume so but just wanted to make sure.

    Hey @matthias7575, 

    Since the PS4 and PS5 are built with the same account and billing system, your membership should work on both platforms.

    I have both a PS4 and just bought a PS5. I also bought an ea play subscription. I can see and download games on my PS4 but the subscription is not visible on my PS5. I intend to keep both the consoles for sometime.

    I can't find any ea support email or number. Any help would be appreciated.
