Problems with linking EA account to amazon prime account on ps4

Hi ive tried to link my ea and amazon prime accounts but ive accidentally liked the account to the wrong email im assuming that why i havent received my amazon prime gaming packs could someone please...

    Hi Carl 

    it says in that link to click on twitch but im trying to unlink this ea account that doesnt exist/ either that or ive linked it to my fifa 20 account by mistake i think ive entered the wrong email for the ea account when trying to link it to amazon prime because the prime gaming packs dont show up

      Try logging into EA with the email and password you used, it may have created a new account for you.
