@kleutermanntje If you were charged more than once for a single product you would need to request a refund Here!
If the refund request does not go through or wont allow you to refund the content, you would need to reach out to chat so they can do it live with you.
Community Managers are not support and therefore we do not process refund requests or make account changes over the forums.
