I know that. But records show I haven’t logged into the account for 2 years and you’ve been charging me still. I didn’t even know I was paying for this in the first place, you most likely signed me up with small print when buying a game.

I would understand the rule of no refunds applying to if I had purchased this knowingly but I don’t know what EA play is and would have never willingly signed up and agreed to pay for this
