But what do you do when it does not give you the option for live support or chat support?

I have followed the detailed instructions sent my representatives and the instructions of how to contact EA help.  But my screen never gives me the chat option, only the email us option - WHICH I HAVE DONE 16 TIMES - with a different representative every time who do not read the previous resumed messages or even the current message.  If they did read, they would not reply with such generic "I'll do my best to help you" when they don't even address the issue at hand.   They just ask to post in the forum (already done), validate my login (already done 3 times), email screenshots of in-app purchases and email receipts of in-app purchases (already sent 6 times).  Yet they did do not even address my the issue at hand.   The game did not award me prizes i achieved my purchasing donuts. 

I would like to speak to someone, I have asked them multiple times to contact me with my contact info in the message with no success. The help page NEVER GIVES ME AN OPTION for live chat or other support contact options.   

So what do I do in that case? 

i am having the same issue. passed onto 4 different representatives who say the same thing completely ignoring my email and attachments.  

i have searched high and low for a phone number how did u talk to 4 i cant find one? 

Honestly this company rips people off every single day they want ur money and u to get false ban then u spend more money. They don’t give a * about you at all and they make this very clear. I can’t even get a response if my ban is temp or permanent when I did * nothing wrong at all. Honestly * EA

i’ve been trying to get a case resolved for months now and i can’t even create a new chat on the support page i keeps having me resubmit the same information 

I have the same issue…I cannot get the chat to work and no EA Afvisor has contacted me via email or otherwise.  I’m trying to get 99OVR transferable players I bought in MUT 24 which are nowhere to be found in my binder despite EA claiming that those players would transfer to Madden 25.  I also discovered that I’ve opened about 4,000 packs over past 3 yrs and never got a single loyalty reward.  This is insanity—how can your customers be loyal when you falsely represent you’re going to transfer players and give them loyalty rewards—only to not do those things after take your customer's $.  Then, as a real F U to your loyal customers, EA creates and endless gauntlet for Customer Service that is clearly designed to frustrate and fatigue them until the customer just gives up and goes away.  Coach Madden would NOT want his name strapped

to a company like EA…it’s really sad after playing this game for well over 30 yrs I’m ready to walk away

The same thing is happening with me. I have contacted EA 7 times, writing to them and getting generic responses. I have sent them all details which they asked for but there is still no one helping. I described my problem and even attached images responding to every mail.

i have made a post and am even writing here! There is nothing more I can do. The game is taking thousands of my coins for no reason and EA is in no way helping me recover it. I will never buy from them again until this is sorted. 

Same. They just banned me and took 170m coins. I was second in the world. I didn’t sell or buy anything and thee **bleep**ers took my currency and blocked me from auction and they have no **bleep**ing phone number to talk to customer service 

Lol imagine customer service that literally limits the customers service. EA just gets scummier and scummier
