But what do you do when it does not give you the option for live support or chat support?
I have followed the detailed instructions sent my representatives and the instructions of how to contact EA help. But my screen never gives me the chat option, only the email us option - WHICH I HAVE DONE 16 TIMES - with a different representative every time who do not read the previous resumed messages or even the current message. If they did read, they would not reply with such generic "I'll do my best to help you" when they don't even address the issue at hand. They just ask to post in the forum (already done), validate my login (already done 3 times), email screenshots of in-app purchases and email receipts of in-app purchases (already sent 6 times). Yet they did do not even address my the issue at hand. The game did not award me prizes i achieved my purchasing donuts.
I would like to speak to someone, I have asked them multiple times to contact me with my contact info in the message with no success. The help page NEVER GIVES ME AN OPTION for live chat or other support contact options.
So what do I do in that case?
