Refund for cancelled EA Play within 14 days

I cancelled my membership the day the payment came out, without using anything on Play. Not needed at the minute purely as can't really afford the luxury right now. It says that within 14 days you can get refunded if you contact EA help, that has bought me here as there is no direct contact or anything so really just trying this as a last resort. Don't tell me its not refundable please as there is a pop up when I cancelled that literally said within 14 days of payment it is an option. Thank you :)
