refund for ea play

Question

I recently subscribed for 1 month and went on vacation just to randomly see that my money dissapeared. I checked my email, not even one about the fact that my money was taken (e.g. order report ????). Yesterday was the day it happened and not even one email from ea since last month. Really dissapointed in such an impactful and big company, to see that they get money from people and not even send a receipt

@RazVanN193&nbsp;Here is all the info on how to request a refund on any purchases made through your EA account. If you are not able to process that refund through these steps, you will need to contact live support so that they can take a look at the account.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

Select the EA App
Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
Select Continue without logging in
This should give you the chat/email option
